Mouser begins stocking NXP Ara240 NPU

Mouser's newsroom lists NXP Ara240 NPU stocking on Oct 5. In the same week it listed a Vishay 200A 80V MOSFET module (Oct 7). The brief does not give availability, pricing or lead-time details for either product.

New stocking announcements show which edge-AI and power parts are becoming available through franchised channels, which helps buyers with sourcing plans.
